ABOUT INoDEx
This 3rd INoDEx 2025 is organized to promote positive innovation culture and encourage innovation activities from different walks of life. Additionally, INoDEx 2025 will be a great platform in creating opportunities for local and international participants to present their innovations and inventions. Eventually, both events will lead to interaction and future collaboration among the local and international participants.

Extended Abstract
For an innovation project, an extended abstract serves as a concise but compelling summary that outlines your idea, methodology, expected impact, and potential applications. It should be structured in a way that clearly communicates the novelty and significance of your innovation.

Video Submission
Each team will have to produce a video presentation demonstrating the uniqueness of the innovative product that fulfil the judging criteria as below. All accepted submissions will be judged by professional juries from industry and academia.
Judging Criteria
The following criteria will be judged by the panels:

Novelty & Uniqueness -[Product must be original, creative and unique].

The benefit to mankind - [Product can be beneficial to the potential end-user at different level (nation, community, field).]

Commercialization - [Product is marketable and user-friendly]

Status of Invention/Innovation/Design - [Product is prototype-ready and supported with any recognition/ publication]

Video Presentation - [The video presentation should be brief, clear, quality and concise. Maximum duration = 10 minutes]

Video Submission Guide
There are no constraints in submitting the video (please ensure that the video is “U” rated). The structure or storyline of the video is depending on the creativity of the participants.
However, it is recommended that the content of the video should fulfil the judging criteria to have a chance of getting higher marks. The submitted video must not exceed 10 minutes and must be uploaded as a single file of the highest quality. In addition, participants are also encouraged, though not required, to provide supporting document for their product.

- The video must be in a 1-single file MP4 format
- The maximum video duration is 10 minutes
- Rename the video with Product ID (Example: INO_JUN100.mp4)
Supporting Documents (Optional)
- The supporting document is optional
- The supporting document must be in a 1-single file PDF format
- Rename the supporting document with SD_Product ID (Example: SD_INO_JUN100.pdf)
