All accepted (EXTENDED ABSTRACTS) EA will be published in e-proceeding with e-ISBN (English or Malay).

Video & Supporting documents Submission

Each team will have to produce a video presentation demonstrating the uniqueness of the innovative product.

Supporting documents is optional and must be uploaded as a separate file (in pdf format).

All accepted submissions will be judged by professional juries from industry and academia.

Submission Guide

There are no constraints in submitting the video (please ensure that the video is “U” rated). The structure or storyline of the video is depending on the creativity of the participants.

However, it is recommended that the content of the video should fulfil the judging criteria to have a chance to get higher marks. The submitted video must not exceed 10 minutes and must be uploaded as one single file of the highest quality. The video file must be in MP4 format. Please verify that the file is renamed with the registration ID.

For Supporting Documents, the documents must be in one single file in pdf format.
