Guidelines For Participation to the 4th International Conference on Semiconductor Materials and Technology (4th ICoSeMT 2025) via HRD Corp Training Grant
For companies interested in sending representatives to the 4th ICoSeMT 2025 using the training assistance scheme under the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), please follow the steps below:
Application Flow:
1. Registration
Participant/Company representative must submit the registeration form which are available on our website.
For presenter: https://icosemt.homehero.com.my
For listener: https://tinyurl.com/3jtxyvja
Once we receive your submission, we will email you the Letter of Acceptance along with the quotation.
2. Submit Quotation to Company’s Human Resources (HR) Department
The quotation must be submitted to your company’s HR department for processing the grant application.
3. HRD Corp Grant Application by the Company
Use the received quotation to apply for the training grant through the HRD Corp system.
4. Submit Proof of Approval to ICoSeMT Secretariat
Once the approval is obtained, kindly submit a copy of the approval letter to the conference secretariat (icosemt@usm.my) for confirmation of participation.
